Longtime Agent With Chattanooga Realty

Omega Sullivan Fulmer, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013.  She was 82.

She was a longtime resident of the Chattanooga area.  Omega retired from Chattanooga Realty with over 22 years as an agent – broker in the real estate business.  She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church.  Omega was a member of the Democrat Party.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Fulmer; parents, Raymond and Sybil Sullivan; son-in-law, Steve Leffew; and siblings, Carroll, Bill, Oscar “Buck” and Raymond Sullivan, Jr. and Arnette Kendricks.

Omega is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kyla F. and Robert B. Hagood, III and Hope and Ted Pittman; grandchildren, Robert B. Hagood, IV, James Fulmer Hagood, Sarah Elizabeth Hagood, Kendra (Chris) Courtney and Derrick Leffew; great grandchildren, Boston and Alayna Courtney; siblings, Alpha Sullivan, Dale Sullivan, Dwight Eugene Sullivan, Sharon Manes and Deborah Mazeika; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and management with Manorhouse and Hospice of Chattanooga for their professionalism, love, support and care given to Omega during her illness.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, and 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 15, at the North chapel.

Services for Omega will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at the North Chapel with Pastor Chris Hansen officiating.  Burial will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Omega’s name to Hospice of Chattanooga at P.O. Box 19269, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416 or www.hospiceofchattanooga.org or to Trinity Lutheran Church at 5501 Hixson Pike, Hixson, Tn. 37343. 

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
