Remer James Moses age 75, of Chickamauga, Georgia died on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.
He was born in Pisgah, Al., and had resided most of his life in Chickamauga. He worked in maintenance at Crystal Springs Print Works for over 20 years and at Pilgrim's Pride for 31 years. He enjoyed working on and collecting Volkswagens and old tractors. He also enjoyed being a bee keeper with the Pigeon Mountain Bee Keepers.
Mr. Moses was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Moses, 10 siblings and his parents.
He is survived by his children, Tony (Ronda) Young, Jeff (Tabitha) Moses, Ginger (Jesse) Carter, all of Chickamauga; brother, Sidney Moses of Rossville; eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, from 4-9 p.m., all day on Saturday, and Sunday morning, prior to the service.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Elvis Taylor and David Moses officiating. Burial will follow at Chickamauga Cemetery.
