Antoinette Celestia Howard, 93, of Chattanooga, died on November 20, 2014.
She was a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church and was retired from the Hamilton County Health Department with 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Alice Owens, three siblings, and husbands, Melvin Combs, Eugene Pendergraph and Harold Howard.
Surviving relatives are her daughters, Julia Olive and Janice (Tony) Bell, and grandson, Chip Bell.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Bill Mason officiating.
