Blansit, Mildred Limbaugh (Sulphur Springs, AL)

Mildred Limbaugh Blansit, 73, of Sulphur Springs, AL, died on Wednesday afternoon, November 19, 2014.

She was a devoted caregiver for numerous years after working at Combustion Engineering. She enjoyed Wednesday night fellowship at Sulphur Springs Baptist Women’s Ministries and was a member of Rising Fawn Baptist Church. She was the best Mom and Meemaw ever and will be greatly missed.           

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Lillian Barron Limbaugh; and sisters, Elouise Moreland, Faye Brown and Polly Cuzzort.            

She is survived by her husband, Ronald “Sonny” Blansit of Sulphur Springs, AL; daughter, Kim (Rick) Webb of Riceville, TN; two sons, Rick Blansit and Ronnie Blansit both of Sulphur Springs, AL; grandchildren Ryan, Tyler and Garrett Webb, and Ellie Grace Rodriguez; sisters, JoAnn Hamrick, Rebecca Keef and Judy Whitman; her right hand man, Tony Moreland; and several nieces and nephews.           

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, at Rising Fawn Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Crider officiating. Interment will follow in Sulphur Springs Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, November 21 at Ryan Funeral Home and she will lay in state one hour prior to service at Rising Fawn Baptist Church.

Arrangements are by Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, GA.
