Eula Mae Howard, 91, of Old Fort, TN, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014 at the family residence.
Mrs. Howard was the daughter of the late Nancy Katherine Dugger Fell and William Robert Fell; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Bishop W. A. Howard; and her sisters, Delphine Thomas and Nadine Bercegay.
Mrs. Howard was a minister’s wife and along with her husband served in Alabama, California, Utah, Texas, Idaho and Wyoming before retiring in Cleveland. All together they served 66 years in ministry! She enjoyed sewing and taking care of her family. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Howard was a member of the Peerless Road Church of God of Prophecy.
Survivors include her sons, Avery Howard and his wife Juanita of Salt Lake City, UT, Dennis Howard and his wife Nieta of Fairmont, WV and Jerry Howard and his wife Virginia of Old Fort; her grandchildren, Brandon Howard and his wife Kami, London Howard, Roger T. Howard and his wife Suzanne, Vanessa Wood and her husband Mike and Erin Oldaker and her husband John; her great-grandchildren, Madison, Kyra, Kalista and Kamyron Howard and Brandon and Kyle Oldaker; her sister, Thelda Berryhill of Slydell, LA; and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, November 26, at 11 a.m. from the Peerless Road Church of God of Prophecy with Dennis Howard and Pastor Brian Sutton officiating. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, November 26 at Peerless Road Church of God of Prophecy.
The North Ocoee Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes has charge of the arrangements.
