Corena Lackey, 80, of Dalton, GA, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Shurla Sutton; son, Willie Lloyd Silvers; daughter, Teresa Ann Lackey; sister, Dortha Clayton; brother, Jerry Sutton; and two great- grandchildren, Kayla and Michael Silvers.
She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Rena and Lamar Middlebrooks of Dalton and Carolyn and Dennis Sutton of Cave Springs, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Louie and Judy Gail Silvers and daughter-in-law, Shelia Silvers, all of Crandall; sister, Evon Conner of Dalton; brothers, Bill Sutton of Cisco and Glenn Ray Sutton of Cleveland; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The graveside funeral service will be held Friday, December 26, at 3 p.m. at United Memorial Gardens.
