West 5th Street, between Broad Street and Chestnut Street, will be closed for a large construction project which will include a perimeter security fence. This block of West 5th Street will become the temporary construction entrance and staging area for the project. The closure is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, at 8:30 a.m. and will continue until Friday, May 30. Detours will be posted.
The 1700 block of Jenkins Road will be narrowed to one lane for a sewer rehabilitation project.
This will be a simple flagging operation from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on Wednesday.
