Tiny Louise Saylor, 52, of Rocky Face, GA, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the South GA Medical Center in Valdosta, GA.
She was born on June 27, 1962 in Corbin, KY to Thomas Sr and Clara Fay Butler Scalf of Rocky Face; and was also preceded in death by a son, Lester Lee Saylor Jr.
Tiny is survived by her husband, Lester Saylor of the residence; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Lasha Saylor of Rocky Face and Justin and Jessica Saylor of Calhoun, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Lee Ann and Bart Holloway of Ringgold, GA and Tisha and Matt Winters of Rocky Face, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Mary Scalf of Dalton, GA and Tim and Michelle Scalf also of Dalton, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shelby and Jesse Bell of Chatsworth, GA, Rita and Steve Griffin of Rocky Face, GA and Clara May Scalf of Texas; eight grandchildren and one on the way, Lacy, Bret, Bo and Faith Holloway, Aries Winters, Zoey, Madison and Riley Saylor.
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Tiny Louise Saylor will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 6 at the Church of God Of Union Assembly with Reverend Kaylon Hughes, Reverend Lonnie Starnes and Reverend Trey Starnes officiating. She will be laid to rest at Mill Creek Cemetery with family and friends serving as pall bearers.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Funeral Home on Saturday, July 5 from 5-9 p.m.
Arrangements are by locally owned and operated Ponders Melrose Chapel.
