Jim Perry Lloyd, 54, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, September 18, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Julius and Letha Lloyd and brother, Tom Lloyd.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Lloyd, sons, Stephen Root and Andrew (Ashley) Root; grandsons, Connor and Jace Root; and four brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, at Lookout Valley Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. on Monday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy Daisy.
