Jonathan Michael Shore, 17, of Trion, GA, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 in a Rome hospital following a sudden attack.
He was born on January 7, 1998 to his mother, Sarah Shore, of Trion, who survives.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his grandparents, Jay and Ellie Shore of Trion; sister, Mary Louise Shore of Trion; and uncles, John Bohannon of Atlanta, Casey Bohannon of Michigan and David Bohannon of Trion.
Funeral plans are incomplete and will be announced by Earle Rainwater Funeral Home.
