Life Care Center Of Hixson To Host Discussion On Chronic Diseases

Life Care Center of Hixson, 5798 Hixson Home Place, invites the community to a discussion on chronic diseases on Wednesday, June 10, from 1-2 p.m.

Tom Bodkin, a public health educator for the Hamilton County Health Department, will speak about how to reduce the risk of developing illnesses common among American seniors. There will also be a time of open discussion for participants.

The session is Life Care Center of Hixson’s June installment of its free Live Well educational series, which it offers on the second Wednesday of each month.
