Thomas W. Smith "Speedy", 62, of Dunlap, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, T.A. Smith; mother, Norma Jean Lacy; sister, Brenda Smith.
He is survived by his daughter, Shannon (J.W.) Burgess; son, Chris Smith; granddaughter, Haven Smith; sister, Glenda Swanger; brother, Terry Smith; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 29, from 3-9 p.m. CDT.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 30, at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Brother Mark Price officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.
