Holding Presidential Candidates To Certain Standards

If Hillary Clinton was a registered financial advisor (securities licensed) and conducted business on her private e-mail server, not only would she be fired and lose her license, but depending on the content of the mail on the server (proprietary info) she would go to jail. 

Is it asking too much to hold a former Secretary of State and Presidential candidate to the same standards we hold a financial planner?
