A 52-unit assisted living facility is planned on Old Lee Highway near Jenkins Road in East Brainerd.
James Rogers is the property owner and Joseph Parks the developer.
The site is 7.41 acres
There would be new construction of a one-story building with some 50,000 square feet of space.
The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval for rezoning.
It goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
