Kristi Delaney, MBA, joins Siskin Hospital as its administrative director of Human Resources.
Ms. Delaney was formerly the Market Ethics and Compliance officer of HCA/Parkridge Health System.
“Kristi brings a high level of experience and energy to her new role at Siskin Hospital, where she will build on her years of service to the Chattanooga healthcare community,” said Carol Sim, president and CEO.
Ms.
Delaney has 10 years of human resources experience, nearly four of which are in corporate ethics and compliance leadership. She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration from Western Governor’s University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
