Jonathan Nathaniel Morgan, 31, of Dalton, Georgia, died suddenly on Monday April 25, 2016 at the Hamilton Medical Center.

Jonathan was born March 23, 1985 in Dalton, GA. Jonathan was a dedicated student at Georgia Northwestern Technical College.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Roxie Morgan, and Holland and Maudie Pack; and several aunts and uncles. 

Jonathan is survived by his parents, Daniel and Omie Pack Morgan of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug and Alicia Morgan, Troy and Michelle Richards all of Dalton, GA; nephews, Daniel (D.J.), Peyton Morgan and Gage Richards; niece, Paige Richards;and  several nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jonathan Nathaniel Morgan will be held Friday, April 29, at 11 a.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel, Dalton, GA with Reverend Junior Williams and Reverend Mitchell McDougle officiating.  He will be laid to rest in a private cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 28 and after 9 a.m. on Friday, April 29 until the service hour.

Ponders Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
