CFC Advances To Steinbrecher Cup Final With 6-2 Win

The Chattanooga Football Club won it's Steinbrecher Cup seminal Friday night with a 6-2 win over Quinto Elemento.  CFC advances to the championship game on Saturday and will face off with Chicago Fire at 7:30. 

Chicago Fire beat West Chester United 6-1 in the other semifinal.  

In Chattanooga's win Friday, Will Roberts and Jon Finlay had first half goals.  

Quinto Elemento  scored in the 70th minute  but CFC would answer with a Luke Winter goal.  One more goal by Quinto was then answered by three goals from the home team. 

Luke Winter, Juan Hernandez and Samual Goni all scored goals in the last six minutes of the game. 

Chattanooga won the tournament last year and was crowned the top amateur team in the country.
