Amber Grace Collins, 30, of Chatsworth, Georgia and formerly of LaFayette, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Jackson Stoker.
She is survived by her mother, Sarah Stoker of LaFayette; daughter, Destiny Collins of Calhoun; son, Anthony Collins of LaFayette; sister, Vanessa Stoker of LaFayette; brother, Michael (Nikki Crowder) Stoker of LaFayette; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel, Friday, July 22 at 5 p.m.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
