  • Friday, August 5, 2016

The Cleveland Police Department is hosting its second annual Career Showcase at 100 Church St., NE in Cleveland on Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

"This event allows our specialty units such as S.W.A.T., K9, and EOD to spotlight their gear and allow participants to converse with our officers. After attendees walk through the lobby, they will convene in the courtroom to hear an introduction from the Chief of Police, and be a part of a discussion involving a variety of topics such as the application process, hiring timeline, qualifications, and job duties.

We will offer question and answer time to end the event," officials said.
