Lillian Louise Huckabee Bowman, 86, of Ringgold, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017 at her residence. A native of South Pittsburg, Tn., she has lived in the Ringgold area for the past 40 years. She is a former employee of Yarn-Tex, where she worked for 10 years, and was a member of Tiftonia Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel O. Bowman; parents Robert William and Ida Elizabeth Huckabee Morgan; three sons, Robert Ford, Freddy Ford and Steve Ford; and several siblings.
She is survived by three daughters, Kay Downey of Chattanooga, Connie (James) Reeves of Ringgold, and Deborah (Billy) Reeves of Ringgold; eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mark Brandon officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at the funeral home.
