Dillard’s department store annually partners with Southern Living and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) to produce the Southern Living Holiday Cookbook. Each cookbook is sold for $10 both in-store and online. All proceeds from the cookbook sales at Dillard’s are donated to the local Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Dillard’s at Hamilton place recently presented RMHC of Greater Chattanooga with a check for $3,564.72.

The $3,564.72 raised will be placed in the organization’s Share-A- Night Fund which makes it possible for families in need to receive services at no charge.  Keeping families close is the mission of RMHC—close together during the difficult time a child is sick and close to the medical care they need.  So often parents  worried about their child’s health will only focus on the child and neglect their own needs. RMHC of Greater Chattanooga’s goal is to provide a safe haven for families to rest and replenish themselves so they can focus on their child.
