Fred Flint, employee benefits advisor from Russ Blakely and Associates addressed the Rotary Club of Chattanooga Hamilton Place.
Mr. Flint spoke on the topic of Healthcare Reform and comparisons between the Affordable Care Act and the new American Health Care Act of 2017.
