Robert Smith
Robert Lee Smith, Jr., 47, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in a local hospital.
He was a graduate of Ooltewah High.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred McCarry and Alma Jean Smith; and brother, Namon Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Smith; sons, Thomas Smith of Chattanooga and Eli Smith of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Latoia Glatt; parents, Robert Smith, Sr. and Ellen Smith, of Chattanooga, aunt, Mary Starling; uncles, John Emery and the Smith Family, all of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
He will lie in state on Monday, May 29, after 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 30, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Gerald Spencer as the eulogist. Burial will be in Tyner Cemetery.
