Due to unforeseen subsurface conditions found during construction, the schedule for repairing Northpoint Blvd. has been altered. The work will now be done in three phases, with varying closures during each phase. A full schedule of these closures is below:
Phase 1: July 31 - Aug. 4:
CDOT will begin working on Northpoint Boulevard at Highway 153.
The road will be closed from Highway 153 to Bank of America. All of these businesses will have secondary access points.
Phase 2: Aug. 7-11:
BOA / HomeAway area
The only business with one entrance is HomeAway Extended stay, CDOT will work with the manager to ensure access by their customers.
Phase 3: Aug. 14-23:
Northpoint Boulevard will be fully closed from Bank of America to Hixson Pike. All businesses within the closure will have secondary access points.
