An apartment complex near Hamilton Place Mall has sold for $40.5 million.

The sale was for the Haven at Commons Park.

It is behind Home Depot on Commons Boulevard, which is off of Gunbarrel Road.

The sale was to Chattanooga Multifamily Exchange Llc from Haven At Commons Park Llc .
