At the Home Builders Association of Tennessee annual dinner dinner, Ethan Collier from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chattanooga was installed as vice president/treasurer. He is the president and CEO of Collier Construction.
Williamson County resident Jimmy Franks was installed as the 2019 president. He follows Mack Andrews, owner of Mack Andrews Homes in Germantown, Tn., as president.
James Reid from the West Tennessee Homebuilders Association was installed as vice president/secretary. He is the president of Memphis-based Reid Homes Inc.
“I am humbled to serve the home builders across the state of Tennessee,” said Mr. Franks. “I truly believe that the home building industry is a core driver in the economy of our state and our country. I plan to work diligently to grow our association and work to improve our legislative program to ensure our industry remains strong.”
HBAT is a not-for-profit, 2,500-member trade association comprised of professional builders, developers and associated firms engaged directly or indirectly in homebuilding, remodeling and light commercial construction. Formed in 1960, its mission is to advocate for its members, housing affordability and availability through legislation, communication and education.
