Mary Goodloe
Mary “Frances” Goodloe, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018, in a local health care facility.
She graduated from Howard High School and continued her education at Clark Atlanta University. Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree and was a teacher in the Hamilton County School System. She was a member of Mission Ridge Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board and served as the treasurer.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Hattie Wilkey.
Survivors include her son, Victor (Kimberly) Goodloe; two grandchildren, Anthony Goodloe and Mariah Goodloe, all of Lawrenceville, Ga.
She will lie in state on Friday, Nov. 9, at 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Willie L. Ison as the eulogist. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
