BASF Employees Create Chemistry With Local Students

BASF employees in Chattanooga volunteered time to support Hixson Middle School’s Family STEM Night, geared to inspire students with hands-on demonstrations in science, technology, engineering and math.

Through a surface tension experiment conducted by BASF volunteers, students learned how water molecules attract each other and support the weight of a paperclip.
