A proposal by Jeremiah Moore for townhouse zoning on Tennessee Avenue near 56th Street was tabled by the City Council on Tuesday night.
The Planning Commission had earlier recommended approval with conditions.
The Regional Planning Agency staff recommendation is that two new single-family detached homes be allowed on the lot.
The staff said another townhouse zone was approved on Tennessee Avenue in 2017.
