Developer John Wise is proposing a townhouse development on steep slopes at Tucker and Tremont streets.
The project size is .083 of an acre.
The properties are at 330 Tucker and 309 Tremont.
The request that goes before the Planning Commission next Monday is to rezone to E-RM-3
Residential Multi-Unit Zone.
It was noted that the Tremont Street property has already had the hillside dug out with deep vertical slices.
The staff of the Regional Planning Agency recommends to deny E-RM-3 for 330 Tucker St. and approve E-RA-2.
For Tremont Street, the staff recommends to approve E-RM-3 with the following condition:
1. Building height limited to two stories with a maximum height of 35 feet.
