CSO Wind Quintet To Perform At Southern Adventist University Feb. 26

Southern Adventist University invites the community to a performance by the Chattanooga Symphony and Orchestra Wind Quintet on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m.  Held in Ackerman Auditorium on the university’s campus, the concert will feature Kristen Holritz (flute), Robert Burks (oboe), Robert West (clarinet), Eric Anderson (bassoon) and Gordon James (French horn), all principal members of the orchestra.  

Considered some of the finest musicians in the area, the quintet members teach at several universities, including four who serve as adjunct professors at Southern: Mr. Anderson, Mr. Burks, Ms. Holritz, and Mr. James.

Tickets are required for the event and will be sold at the door for $5 per person. Call 423-236-2814 for ticket information.
