All moms, sisters, daughters and friends are invited to a “Ladies Night Out” from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 30 for an evening focused on your health at the North River Civic, 1009 Executive Dr., Suite 102 in Hixson.

The Women’s Health & Wellness Expo will feature free health screenings, education, nutrition information, door prizes and much more. It is free and open to the public, Thursday, May 30, 5pm-7pm.
