Living up to its title rivalry, Tim McCreadie (# 39) of Watertown, NY powered past 19 others and race-long leader Jimmy Owens of Newport, Tn., to win Saturday night's Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model $50,000 Sunoco "North,/South 100" at Kentucky's Florence Speedway.

Passing the series points leader on lap 88, T-Mac cruised the rest of the way.
To the delight of the crowd, the "Yank" did two celebratory donuts to put an exclamation point to his victory. Owens finished third behind fellow top-rated dirt ace Brandon Overton of Evans, Ga., while North Carolina's Chris Ferguson and Chickamauga's Dale McDowell rounded out the Top 5 finishers. Georgians Shane Clanton and Jonathan Davenport finished 9th and 11th, while Tennessean Scott Bloomquist failed to make the field of 26 starters.

The "Mohawk Warrior" prevailed and the warriors joined the (#J39)  in Victory Lane. Ooltewah's Andy Pickelsimer was victorious in Super Late Model competition.

At Mountain View Raceway in Dayton/Spring City just north of Chattanooga, Jesse Lowe of Crossville picked up another Late Model victory Saturday. Loudon's Jason Manley was second with Cleveland's John Ownbey third officially. Ethan Hunter of Harrison was seventh and Dunlap's Andy Miller was eighth, while Soddy Daisy's Jody Hixson faltered to 17th overall among 19 competitors.

In the special Sportsman "Brian Hooks Memorial", Kingston's Darren Goins collected the $1,357 payday. 411 Motor Speedway near Gatlinburg, I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater and Tazewell Speedway, north of Knoxville were all rained out early Saturday.
