Dianne Allen
Diane Allen, 65, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, at her residence.
She was a graduate of Hixson High School and received an associate's degree from Chattanooga State Community College. She was a member of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. She was a foster grandparent.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, William and Venner Lou Allen; and sister, Teresa Allen.
Survivors include her daughter, Dyeisha Moore; grandchildren, Aqil McConnell, Rico Smith, and Dalayah Moore; sisters, Wanda Holland and Patricia Lindsey, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
She will lie in state on Saturday, April 17, from 12:30-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
A family service will be on Sunday, April 18, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor James Westmoreland as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
