Shuntee Heard
Shuntee Heard, 41, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021, in Chattanooga.
She was born to Anthony Dixson and Sherry Heard Dixon on February 8, 1980. She graduated from Brainerd High School, class of 1998. She was the owner of Little Black Dress at 5th Street.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry Heard Dixon, and her grandfather, James F. Heard.
She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, DaTara White; father, Anthony Dixson; fiancé, JaiShawn Wilson, of Cleveland Ohio; grandmother, Gwendolyn Heard; sister, Shanara Heard Prickett (Pam); brother, Justin Appling; aunts, Annette (Eddie) Choice and Jerri Heard (James) Wade , Wanda Dixson and Marian Davis; uncles, Travis Dixson and KC (Deadra) Dixson, other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021, at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church, 2001 Blackford Street, Chattanooga, Tn., 37404. Interment is in Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery.
