Michael Hunter Bishop, 56, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 9, 2022. He was born in Chattanooga on March 3, 1966.
Michael graduated from Hendersonville High School in 1978, and lived most of his life in the Nashville area. He moved to Hosanna Community in Chattanooga in 2014 where he enjoyed a happy life with his Hosanna-family. Michael will be remembered by his friends and family for his love of music, CD collection and his gentle spirit.
Proceeding Michael in death were his mother, Sandra Farley Bishop and aunt, Beverly Bishop
Surviving Michael are his father, Bruce Clay Bishop, Jr (Carol) and sister, Wendy Lynn Bishop, aunt, Leslie Bishop (Jeff) and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bruce and Carol kindly request in memory of Michael, donations be made to Hosanna Community, 6410 Grubb Road, Hixson, TN 37343.
