Senator Bo Watson will conclude a series of town hall meetings this Thursday that have provided Tennesseans the opportunity to share priorities, concerns and ideas regarding public education funding in the state. The meeting is the last of several opportunities for citizens to share suggestions with Senator Watson in this setting.
These sessions will use public feedback to help create a more student-centered funding approach that incentivizes positive outcomes, ensures all students are served at a high level, empowers parents to engage in their child’s education and reflects the values of our community, officials said.
The meeting will be held Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m.
at the Harrison/Tyner Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department , 5402 Hwy. 58 in Harrison.
