Rachael was a beloved child, sister, friend, mother, aunt, grandmother, great aunt, and great grandmother. She had suffered much illness in her final days, but her eyes sparkled with mischief and a deep devotion to her family and all who were “hers”. She taught us to try to make the most of each day and to never stop hoping for a bright tomorrow. Her faith was strong, though her body became weak, and she loved her Lord with all her heart. We wish to thank all those who have loved and cared for her, laughed with her, and cried with her. Our mother was a fighter who never lost her focus on her family. We are joyous that we have so many cherished memories of our times together. Her abiding love for and fierce protection of us all will be honored, celebrated, and never forgotten. May she rest in glorious peace and health at the feet of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Promise of Greater Chattanooga or a Charity of your choice.
