Cleveland based Insurance Incorporated announces the addition of three insurance professionals to their agency team to further increase agency’s expertise in the insurance sectors of Employee Health Benefits, Group Health Benefits and Medicare, said officials.
Agency principal Davis Morelock said, “We are so fortunate to grow with professionals like Pam Nelson, Amanda Troyer and Andy Williams. Pam and Amanda are joining Insurance Incorporated as part of our merger with Ocoee Insurance, an agency Pam owned and operated for more than 30 years.”
Ocoee Insurance Services merged with Insurance Incorporated at the end of 2023 after serving the Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia community for more than 30 years. “There is no question that the coming together of Ocoee Insurance Service and Insurance Incorporated,” Ms. Nelson said, “will provide a wider array of services, products and insurance knowledge for all of our clients.”
Ms. Troyer is a 17 year veteran of the insurance industry with the bulk of that time spent specializing in the complexity of Medicare insurance. “I am very excited,” Ms. Troyer said, “to be part of the Insurance Incorporated team. Adding my area of expertise with Insurance Incorporated’s proven record of performance is the perfect combination to service all clients with all of their insurance needs.”
“Pam will focus on group health benefits while Amanda has grown an expertise with Medicare insurance and individual health insurance, which complement our offerings very well,” Mr. Morelock said.
“I am also excited about adding Andy,” Mr. Morelock said. “He is an employee benefits expert and will take on the role as our first ever Employee Benefits Practice Leader.”
Mr. Williams has served the Southeast Tennessee insurance market for the past 23 years, most recently with CBIZ, Inc. with his focus on Employee Benefits Consulting.
