The Chattanooga Mocs completed spring drills prior to Spring Break and are now deep into strength and conditioning work ahead of the summer in preparation for the fall season. One highlight to that schedule is released on Wednesday.
Homecoming is on Saturday, Oct. 26. Kickoff is planned for 4 p.m., with the VMI Keydets in town. The Mocs and Keydets battled down to the wire in Lexington this past season.
“It’s always an exciting weekend,” Coach Rusty Wright, a 1995 graduate of Chattanooga explained.
“Selfishly, I enjoy seeing former teammates come to town. As a coach, it is special seeing our former student-athletes come home and celebrate the current group and support their efforts.
“Our Homecoming game is always one of the key dates on the campus calendar as a whole. It’s great for our players and coaches to be in the middle of this festive period.”
