Hixson Pike Diner will celebrate its Grand Opening on Wednesday (Nov. 28) at 9:30 a.m. The business is located at 3514 Hixson Pike.
Prashant Sharan said, "We shall have a formal blessing ceremony that will be done by a pastor followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony that will be coordinated by the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.
After the grand opening ceremony, we shall be offering free pancakes all day to everyone that walks in as a welcome gesture."
She said, "We are a great American diner that serves breakfast all day, great lunches and deliciousdDinners. Our goal is to serve great food with warm and friendly Southern hospitality.
"We will be serving value meals at great price points that are affordable and still healthy and delicious. Our breakfast selection starts at $1.99, lunch at $3.99 and dinner at $7.99. The restaurant is locally owned and operated and will be adding 10-12 jobs in Chattanooga."
Hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
