Gary Neal “Gabby” Cox, 59, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Cox; sister, Earlene Forrester; and friends, Ruth and Tommy Young.
Gary is survived by special friend, Beverly Young of Dalton; mother, Tiny Cox of Chattanooga; his brothers, Randy Cox and Norman Cox all of Chattanooga; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 15 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Monday, October 14 from 5-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Christ Community Church, P.O. Box 6184 Dalton, GA 30722-6184.
