Ronald West Beckett, 64, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, May 18, 2013. 

He was born December 28, 1948. 

He was preceed in death by his father, William Thomas Beckett. 

Mr. Beckett loved the outdoors and camping. He was a U.S. Navy Viet Nam veteran.  He was a University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Survivors include his children, Dagan (Deborah) Beckett, Darren Beckett and Sarah Morgan Beckett; mother Anita Beckett; former wife, C.J. Beckett; brothers John (Cathy) Beckett and Michael Beckett; grandchildren, Logan Thomas Beckett, Alayna Hope Beckett and Dagan West Beckett II.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, at 9:30 a.m. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
