Beulah Faye Shubert, 79, of Cleveland, TN, died on Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff L. and Grace Lewallen; and her brothers, Arthur, Uyless, Russell, Dewey, Henry and Herman Lewallen.
She was a member of Covenant Baptist church.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Lester Shubert of Old Fort; her son, Jesse Shubert of Pikeville; daughter and son-in-law, Virginia “Gennie” and Jackie Prince of Old Fort; nine grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew and Patrick Triplett, Josh and Ashlee Shubert, Tasha Beaty, Allison, Desirae and Andrew Prince; eight great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lowell and Faye Lewallen of Old Fort, Vonell and Martha Lewallen of Spring City, Ellene Lewallen and Naomi Lewallen both of Cleveland; and sister and her husband Terisa Smallen and Charlie Triplett of Cleveland.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held 3 p.m. Friday July 26, at the North Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Rev. Homer Roberts and Pastor Gary Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Matthew Triplett, Patrick Triplett, Ricky Lewallen, Danny Lewallen, Ronnie Shubert and Kyle Roberts serving as casket bearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Prince, Joshua Shubert, Shawn Lewallen, Perry Lewallen and Silas Lewallen.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 25 from 5-8 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral Home who has charge of the arrangements.
