Hamilton County EMS Celebrates Opening Of New Medic 1 Station

Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services celebrated the completion and opening of the new EMS Station 1 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

The new station houses Medic 1, previously quartered at the south end of its response district.  

County Mayor Jim Coppinger, Commissioner Chester Bankston, Commissioner Larry Henry, County Trustee Bill Hullender, Director of Emergency Services Tony Reavley, HCEMS Chief Ken Wilkerson, Hamilton County Maintenance, and personnel from HCEMS and Highway 58 VFD were in attendance for the event. 

Mr. Jim Berry, property donor, was unable to attend the event.
