Howard Richardson, 75, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Friday, October 17, 2014.

He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was previously employed with the Union Sheet Metal Workers for more than 40 years. He enjoyed gardening and loved listening to Christian radio. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

He was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Richardson.

Survivors include his loving wife of more than 54 years, Helen Bernice Richardson of Rossville; son, Rodney Richardson of Ringgold; daughter and son-in-law, Angie ad (Steve) McNabb of Rossville; two brothers, Nolan and John Richardson; sister, Betty Watson; two grandsons, Dustin McNabb and Danny Richardson and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, in the funeral home parlor at the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes.
