Jacob R Schwartz, 50, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014.
He was born on July 25, 1964 to the late Reuben and Elma Schwartz. Jake had been a resident of Cleveland for the past thirty years. He was a very Godly man that loved the Lord and His word: Jake would share the bible with whoever he came in contact with. He truly lived out his faith in numerous ways.
In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Schwartz.
He is survived by five children, Renee Schwartz, Aaron Schwartz (Nicole), Adrianna Schwartz, Hannah Schwartz and Jacob Schwartz; seven siblings, Merlin Schwartz (Cheryl), Lydia Frye (Chris), Henry Schwartz (Dorothy), Reuben Schwartz, Lorene Schwartz, Liz Smith (David) and Cathy Austin (David); granddaughter, Alice Gracynn Schwartz; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, October 31 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 31 from 4-6 p.m. at the Companion Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
