David Starke Perry, 70, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, October 5, 2014 in an area hospital.
Mr. Perry was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of East Ridge Lodge #755 F&AM, Scottish Rite Society and the Alhambra Shrine.
Survivors include his sons, Scott Perry, David Perry, Jr. and Josh Perry; daughter, Karen Parker; brothers, Buck Perry, Bill Perry and Tommy Perry; sisters, Ann Perry Pass and Carolyn Perry; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, in the Wann Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
