Charles “Baldy” Lamar Frederick
Charles “Baldy” Lamar Frederick, 68, died on Tuesday, November 18, 2014.
He retired from Jake Marshall Plumbing. He loved the Atlanta Braves, NASCAR, and his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a great father and Papaw and was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
He was predeceased by his parents, Tommy and Beatrice Frederick; and siblings, Billy Joe Frederick and Patricia Ann Frederick.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Jane Frederick; children, Stanley (Paula) Boydston, Mary Childress, Pamela (Glen) Baker; grandchildren, Vaughna Jane Boyd, Crystal Boydston Rowan, Abby Mason, Ashley Smith, Katie Allen, Courtney Smith; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Carlos (Luthereen) Frederick, Gene (Joan) Frederick, Bobbie (Andy) Harris, Wanda (Tee) White, Charlotte (Kenny) James, and Martha Stewart.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Interment will follow in Granny Walker Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the funeral home.
