Six attorneys in Husch Blackwell’s Chattanooga office have been selected for inclusion in the 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Each year, no more than five percent of attorneys per state are named to the Super Lawyers list; no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list. The states of Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee are included in the Mid-South listings.

Two attorneys were named to the 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyers list: Alan L. Cates in the category of Estate Planning and Probate 2014 and Ronald I. Feldman in Real Estate Business. Four attorneys were named to the 2014 Mid-South Rising Stars list: Theresa L. Critchfield in Business Litigation; Benjamin P. Harper in Real Estate: Business; Laura F. Ketcham in Creditor Debtor Rights: Business and Caroline B. Stefaniak in Business Litigation.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selection process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent research of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
